Contact WordForge
Found a bug, spotted a missing word, or have an idea for a list or tool? There is a real person at the other end of the inbox — here is how to reach us.
How to reach us
The quickest way to reach WordForge is by email: [email protected]. It goes to the small team that builds and plays the site, and we read every message. There is no contact form to fight with and no ticket number to chase — just an inbox and a reply. Because the games and tools run entirely in your browser, there is no account for us to look up, so the more detail you include, the faster we can help.
What we would love to hear
Some of the best changes to the site have come straight from players. If any of these apply, please write in:
- A bug or something that feels off — a puzzle that will not load, a tool returning odd results, a layout that breaks on your phone. Tell us what you did and what happened, and your browser and device if you can.
- A word the dictionary is missing — if the anagram solver or word finder rejects a word you know is valid, send it over and we will look at adding it.
- An idea for a word list or tool — a list you wish existed, or a helper that would make a game you play easier. The word lists grew out of exactly these requests.
- A note about the daily word ladder — a puzzle that felt unfair, too easy, or particularly good. It helps us tune the difficulty.
A quick note on what WordForge is
WordForge is an independent site for word games and letter tools, and the puzzles here are our own designs. For anything about the games, tools and lists on this site — a bug, a missing word, an idea — [email protected] is exactly the right address. You can read more about how the project came together, and how it is built, on the about page.
When to expect a reply
We are a small team, so replies are not instant — but genuine questions and good suggestions do get read and answered. Bug reports with clear steps tend to get the fastest turnaround, because they are the easiest to act on. If you do not hear back straight away, it is not lost: the inbox is checked regularly, and the ideas that need a bit of building simply take their turn in the queue.
